If you would like to add a photograph to the Sporting Gun picture gallery, please email us your pictures, along with a description of what is happening in the picture, and your name and contact details.
Here we have Keiran Hunter, this picture was sent in by proud dad, David Jones and proud grandad, Mick Stanley. Young Keiran was out on his first day picking-up in Wollston, which is near Warrington in Cheshire.
This bag of 75 birds was shared by Zafar Butt (left) and a visiting friend from the Pakistan army, Colonel Sana, during a hectic session over a barley field near Warrington, Lancashire: "Although the day didn't look very promising when we set off from my Manchester home, at least it had stopped raining when we set up our two separate hides!"
Cheshire brothers, Arthur and Stan Deary, enjoyed a hectic session when they set up over a field of corn stubble near Lymm, bagging 135 pigeons and 15 crows and jackdaws.
This photo was sent in by Rob Plosky and it's of his eldest grandson, Riley, who is 5 years old. Riley went on his first days beating at the Melchbourne Shoot, Bedfordshire, on December 4th, 2007. He stayed all day and didn't complain once about the cold and conditions!
