I have a piece of land which I use for clay shoots under the 28 day rule. If I want to erect a shed to store the traps and other equipment do I need to get planning permission?
Legal
DAVID FROST says:
It depends on the nature of the shed but, in general, use of land for clay shooting does not cover the erection of buildings.
You should speak to your local Council’s planning department who will be happy to advise on your particular circumstances.
The best place for a trap when it’s not in use is undercover and out of sight.
