Silhouette decoys work fine for pigeons - there are some good models available.

I use silhouette decoys quite successfully when goose shooting and wondered if similar pigeon decoys would work?

The obvious advantage of silhouette decoys is their incredible compactness and lightness, but they fall down on overall shape, being quite, well, flat!
Shootwarehouse has overcome this by designing an inflatable jacket that fits on the decoy and acts like a windsock.
