If you could only have one battery-powered decoy for pigeon shooting - say, a flapper, pecker, rotary or whatever, what type would you choose?

Even these days, when many people are convinced that pigeons are becoming educated to rotary machines (I don’t, by the way) I would still opt for one if I were restricted to just one option.
Yes, there are times when they are less effective than others for pigeon shooting, but this also applies to other battery powered aids, and is what makes the art of decoying so fascinating.
You never know for sure, how the birds will react on any given day, so you need to be flexible in your approach, and be prepared to experiment with the various electronic gizmos.
